Employee Resource Groups
Dunder Mifflin believes it is important to offer programs that help our employees develop and grow professionally, while also providing the opportunity to connect with one another through a particular affinity, culture or perspective.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have served this purpose at Dunder Mifflin since 2004. These groups represent a wide variety of professional, cultural and personal interests.
Diversity Management Organization
The goal of the Diversity Management Organization is to educate, equip, and empower colleagues to effectively navigate differences and similarities, and by doing so driving growth and innovation at Dunder Mifflin. By engaging the skills, talents and perspectives of each individual, we can better serve our communities and fulfill our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
